Before you jump in, here is your mission briefing.
Your Persona
You will be entering this demo as Pamela Howell, a busy procurement officer at the fictional company Supercorp.
How to Navigate
Access the user menu and settings by clicking Pamela's Name in the top right corner.
Default View & My Projects
The default view shows all of the various projects that Procurement is working on. For work that has been assigned to Pamela, click on My Projects.
Document Library
Access the library of documents stored in the app settings by clicking Document Library. All of these documents are fictional documents for illustrative purposes.
Vendor Records
To see all of the Vendor records that are available, click on Vendor Records. All of these Vendors are fictional for illustrative purposes.
Safety Controls
This is the second beta demo, and the final product may look different. To keep things tidy for the next user:
- check_circle Browsing projects is Allowed
- check_circle Changing your user settings is Allowed
- check_circle Dragging and dropping Kanban Cards is Allowed
- block Adding notes to a project is Disabled
- block Uploading documents is Disabled
